We had an ant hill and dirt entering bathroom and the shower was in bad shape for a “5 star hotel”

The Isan sausage at dinner was very good.

We booked this hotel for the pool. We were in the area for trail hiking all day and dreaming of the pool we had paid to enjoy. Only after we arrived and payment was secured, were we informed the pool was closed sorry. No discount or anything. Just too bad for us.

Beautiful view of the River. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel was also beautiful and well kept! The breakfast was excellent!

A little far from my village which is Chong Mek. But they had an excellent taxi service and it was the most beautiful hotel around that area.

Facilities were good, the menu was fairly comprehensive although expensive

My credit card was double charged on check out and it took some 18 days to get a refund after many many phone calls. Not a good experience.

Breakfast options were amazing. Room presentation and views were breathtaking and staff were super friendly. We will be visiting again!

There was no hot water in our shower, however our family members all said their rooms were fine. Service was a bit slow with staff taking 5-10 minutes to give us menus or notice us at the bar.

Very chilled vibes, great relaxing atmosphere, food at the restaurant was of excellent quality and presentation. The rooms were high spec, clean, and well looked after. The breakfast had something for everyone.

- The staff at the breakfast buffet (the noodle corner) she was not that frienfly, always grumpy but it's ok.

Lovely room, excellent location.

Service was poor. No breakfat buffet as advertised. Food - at best mediocre. Arrived with one extra child (6yrs) and had to pay an extra 500 Baht although there were already enough beds in the room. He did not even get a towel. Not worth the money

Good river view and welcome drinks and dessert. Shower gel smell so good.

No rain shower. Shower room curtain is too short so it cannot block water to dry zone.

My first time to award a bingo of 10. Although in the whole is not over the top, it totally suits my needs. Good relaxation, interesting venue, comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Higly reccomended. If you like extra luxury places full of glitters and partying lige is not for you.

after having spent 2 nights a modern 4-star hotel in Ubon, the room at the Tohsang at the far end of the hotel at double the price of the Ubon hotel was a let down for us.

Quiet Relaxing superbly maintained , stylishly decorated and furnished villa/ room .. beautiful Garden Staff were polite, cheerful, and helpful but not intrusive.Food was excellent and beautifully presented.

Showers definitely weren't designed for anyone over 5 foot 2 inches

Superb location on the banks of the Mekong River overlooking the Thai-Laos river border. The grounds, pool area and general resort were excellent. Our room was a bit tired and in a yet-to-be refurbished area of the resort complex. Room was spacious and we had a bathroom with a bath and shower. The food in the restaurant was excellent with the dinner menu very tasty and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff were professional and very friendly and attentive.

The WiFi was weak and slow. Room rates reflect the location and are expensive compared with the average Thai accommodation prices. It’s a few kilometres from the main road. We had our own car which would be best for most visitors so you can easily access the sights in the nearby National Parks.
